We appreciate the hotel's design, our room is satisfactory with a pool view, and breakfast is average. However, the staff at the restaurant and reception, particularly those near the main entrance during the afternoon to evening shift, are exceptionally rude—they don't even offer a smile or a greeting, behaving as if they are the ones being served. I'm unsure if the management has taken any action, as complaints about their behavior have persisted for months. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the housekeeper on Level 3. She's kind, always wears a smile, and greets guests warmly whenever encountered.

Stayed here on the way out of Bangkok (transit overnight) and on the way back past. It's near to the airport, roughly 10 minute drive. Free shuttle bus service is a good feature. Rooms were quite good and were clean. One of the toilets on the first night was a constantly smelly but overall okay. Showers good though soap dispenser was difficult to get soap out of. The restaurant is clean and nice enough, unfortunately the customer service in the restaurant is quite poor but the food is tasty. Customer service is the let down for this hotel. Reception were okay sometimes, porter was poor service. Be prepared to manage your own bags on and off the bus and into the room. Overall it was okay.

I chose the hotel for the amenities nearby. There’s 711 and 24h eateries around. I also saw a washing machine stall within a short walk for those of you who need. My jet lag energy kicked in at 3am and I felt safe enough to walk outside; the roadsides were well-lit. The hotel restaurant itself was pretty decent. The hotel was clean and equipped for a comfortable stay—it’s truly value for monies. However, the hotel is not sound proof. My sleep, unfortunately, could not be restful. My room was on the ground floor with guests at the hallway with nothing to filter out noises. If you found a hotel with better rest quality against other conveniences, obviously go for that. Hotel is 10min away from the airport with no traffic. I took a Grab to the hotel and was shuttled back to airport for free. My all-round experience was great except my restfulness but I expected that whilst reading other review.

I had a mixed experience at Grand BS Hotel. The initial impression was positive, with a friendly shuttle driver and helpful receptionists. The hotel, while simple, met my expectations of cleanliness. However, my stay took an unfortunate turn in the middle of the night when the neighboring room became excessively noisy. Even with earplugs, I could hear every word, and when they started playing loud music, I had to call the reception. The staff promptly addressed the issue by calling the room, but the noise persisted to some extent, disrupting my night's rest. It was disappointing to realize how thin the walls were between rooms, impacting the overall experience. Considering the inconvenience, I hope the hotel takes steps to address sound insulation for a more peaceful stay for all guests.

The location was good for the airport and the shuttle service was handy. We weren’t initially given a pool view room as we’d booked, but staff did give us a different room when I raised it. There were lots of mosquitoes and flies in the room and marks all over the walls where some had been killed in the past but not cleaned away. The shower room was like a prison cell and again full of flies. No handsoap, headboard, no safety deposit box and gaps around the doors where lizards could have easily gotten in. The pool looked unclean, so we didn’t go to it. Really unpleasant for when you have a long day of flights ahead.

Stayed here after arriving from a late flight into Bangkok. Room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that we had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the hotel, but transfer back to the airport was quick and on time.

Proximity to the airport. Good value. I used it as a starting & ending point to my southern Thailand trip. I did not intend to spend time in the Bangkok area. It served as a convenient launching point for both arrival and departure. Staff was wonderful.

Buy a tent or sleeping bag and stay at the airport instead. It will be cleaner, less smelly and more quiet than staying here. Brown marks on the walls, rather not think about what they might be...smell of sewage from the bathroom. But room is great if you enjoy hearing a french couple have an argument at 4am in the morning. Also the ants in the room seemed friendly... Shuttle bus is great if you don't mind waiting 40 mins for it to pick you up from the airport and if you enjoy seeing a driver throw your bags like a sack of potatoes.
